Since surgery I have been itching all the time, mainly my hands and feet, but my arms and legs and stomach as well.  Early on I thought maybe my skin was just dry from being dehydrated.  Now I am drinking a lot every day

Would low sodium V8 be considered a drink or a meal?  I wanted some the other day but I just wanted some as a drink, I don't want to waste a meal on something with no protein.  What do you guys think?

I know I can only take Tylenol for pain and I have read on here to try Biofreeze for my back and knees (which I have ordered from Amazon and I'm waiting on delivery), but I have been getting pretty bad headaches lately...

This may not seem like much to most of you, but I just walked a mile on my lunch hour - it took me 22 minutes to do it, but I did it!  It has been years since I've walked that far.

I had an awesome feeling Saturday.  I noticed that I actually feel better than I did before surgery.  I have more energy and more stamina than I did before I had the surgery and I am only 4 weeks out.  I am so excited to

Last summer (at my highest weight range) I was having a lot of trouble with my feet and ankles swelling.  I was too embarrassed all summer to wear sandals because of it.  I was mortified by how swelled my feet were - even

I had my surgery at 1130 this morning!  It actually happened for me!  Oh and my 2 weeks of torture (aka pre-op liquid diet) paid off with a loss of 23 lbs.

I just finished my nutritionist appointments and am waiting on insurance approval and then a surgery date.  I just wondered what has been the HARDEST part for you all to get used to in the months and years after surgery?<

What food tracking apps do you all use?  I am currently using the Fitbit app which tells me total carbs, protein, calories, sodium. Is there a different app I should look into?  I am not sure if there is anything else I s

I see a lot of the screen names on here have "hag" in them.  What does this mean?  Is it something to do with weight loss surgery?

I am just finishing up my 6 months of pre-op nutrition appointments and I have been seeing a psychologist to get my emotional eating under control.  This last month my "homework" was to write down when I eat and why.  I h
