Day 10

Wow each day gets better...for the last two days I did not gain or lose weight I continued to feel weak so I had to push myself to walk.  I felt like this was because I was not getting enough nutrients with just a liquid diet so I decided that I would try puree/soft food so that i would have more energy.  I introduced eggs and canned chicken to my diet.  I also decided that instead of walking to th corner of my block i would attempt to walk around my park area 1 lap and see what it does.     I ended up walking three laps in the morning and three laps in the evening something I will continue to do from here on until I am able walk them without stop and can add more laps ( Note i stop in between each lap to rest and get water still weak from surgery but better),  Introducing those soft foods gave me a little more energy to do so.   Additionally, it jumpstarted my weight to move again I weighed in this morning losing a total of 18 lbs in 10days,  I was stuck at 14lbs for 2 days. 

It seems to me that the lack of food can be just as detrimental to your health as eating to much.  It messes up the metabolism which inturn stunts weight loss.  So I have just resolved to take it easy but try and introduce new soft foods into my diet so that I can keep my strength up.  This way i feel like  I can be active and work on getting heathy through a total program including excersise and diet.

My BP is still wonderful, today it was 100/79... I don't remember it ever being that low. I feel great.  I sleep alot better also  no need for my sleep apnea machine. 


I pray that this success continues because as of now I have no regrets.
