So I haven't been able to workout but once this week because Im ill.  Didn't see it coming and I've been on my back for the last 3 days.  I've done ok with eating, but I must say that since I've been ill, I havent mixed one protein shake.  Im just concentrating on drinking tea, water, and eating what I can as well as take my vitamins.  I have 11 more lbs. until onederland!!! That's a shaky thing for me because I could never manage to stay until 200lbs for very long.  It seemed like my body got really comfortable at that size.  I must say, Im liking the way I'm looking in my size 14 jeans, but I want more.  I want to really see what this surgery can do and Im gonna ride it till the wheels fall off.  I think Im gonna workout tomorrow because Im starting to feel a little better, but definitely not 100%.
