I think Im going backwards

Yep, that's how I feel.  Im not on the track that I set for myself and Im to blame.  According to my preplanned goals, I'm supposed to weigh about 189lbs.  Well, I'm like 10 lbs above that, and at first I was ok with it, but now, I'm really not.  I usually try to weigh in at the dr every Wed or Thurs, but I will have to miss this week.  My goals will put me at an expected 186lbs on next week, but at the rate I'm going, Im not sure it's even possible to lose that much weight in a week...13lbs...that would be miraculous.  I was feeling kinda not so good today.  Im bloated and cramping and just have been tired all day.  Im attempting to drink my protein shake and I've been nauseous.  For the past 4 days or so, I have not had any protein shakes and I know that's not good.  I went and replenished my vitamins this evening, but I have remorse because I bought them from Whole Foods and I know that I couldve gotten them cheaper at either WalMart or Walgreens, so they make be returned.  I just hope things turn around soon.  They are not terribly bad and Im not really complaining, just trying to sort out my feelings.  My mind is sometimes in regular mode and I think I need to stay in WLS mode since I'm so early out.  It's been 4mo as of today actually and I've lost about 43lbs.  If I stay on the 10lb a month track, I will definitely be close to my goal by August 2011.  Losing 80lbs by Aug 4 will put me at 163lbs with 20 more to go by my 1yr anniversary.  We shall see.
