Im sitting here eating steak and half a red potato at 10am. Why? you ask... or not, because I have found that if I have a big protein meal in the mornings, my appetite is put in check for the rest of the day. Im concentrating on protein first. Do I like eating this heavily so early in the morning, not really, but I hope it helps me to break this stall. This morning I got on the scale and weighed 188.4lbs. Like I said previously, I have been gaining and losing the same 2-3lbs for almost 3 weeks. I go for my early 6mo post op tomorrow. I was hoping to be down a full 60lbs, but i think im ok with 55lbs lost in 6 mo. for now. My official 6mo isnt until the 4th of July and maybe I'll make it by then if I can break this stall. Anyway, I've done well with vits and protein and water for the past few days and I intend to keep it that way.
