60lbs lost!

I got on the scale this morning and it read 183lbs. I've officially lost 60lbs in 6 1/2 mo. I had been in a stall for over a month. I would gain and lose the same lbs over and over it seemed. Well, I guess the stall is breaking because I've lost more weight. I'm slowly transitioning into my size 12 clothes. My next mini goal is to be 175lbs by the end of Aug, preferably sooner. That means I have 8lbs to go to meet that goal. I havent been working out like I had been initially. However, I've been getting at least 3 bottles of water(50.7oz) in a day and all of my vitamins. I've not done so well with the protein shakes because I'm having bouts of nausea when I drink them. I will start again tomorrow and see how it goes.I cleaned out my closet a bit today and it was bittersweet. Good because I no longer fit the larger sizes, and bad because my daughter can. We are working on her weight, but she just doesnt have the motivation it seems to make a drastic change. That makes me angry and sad for her because I know what the road ahead looks like for her. I don't want her to have co-morbities. She says she hates that all her clothes look like "old lady" clothes, but truthfully, that's how they make clothes in her size. We try and piece things together as best we can and accessorize to make it more fashionable, but it is what it is and she has to find it within herself to make some changes.
Other than that, all has been ok. I will need to go shopping again soon. I pick things up here and there, but I don't want to waste money because my goal is size 6 or 140-145lbs. I have about 40lbs to lose to be in that range. I still have about 5months for my year surgiversary. I really hope to be at goal before then. If I stick with 10lbs a month, I will lose the last 40lbs by late October/ early November. I won't get so caught up in the numbers, but there are important to me. I'm also gonna look into plastics in a few months just to see what I will need and how much it will cost. Until next time...
