It's sooooo hot!!

Well, nothing's really new.  I haven't lost in the past few days and I'm going through PMS right now.  How do I know? because the weird cravings are back.  Anyway, it's been so hot outside that I have wanted to do nothing.  I started a home workout for days when I don't feel like driving to the gym.  Its one of my Android apps and boy was I sore the first day.  I did so many squats and lunges that I could barely walk the next day.  I'm going to start something new tomorrow.  It's gonna take lots of will power and mind control.  If I'm able to do this, I will amaze myself.  Without going into too many details, I'm challenging myself to get in at least 90gr protein and 90oz water everyday for the next 10 days to see if that kick starts my weightloss again.  I have never really achieved both of those goals, so thats why I said I'll amaze myself if I can make it happen.  I will keep a 10 day blog and track my progress and success.
