Day 3...I think

Ok, so 3 days ago, I started a quest to get in at least 90oz of protein and 90oz of water.  I was going to test myself for 10 days to see if my weightloss jumpstarts by making the changes.  Well, three days ago when I started, I was back at 185lbs.  Well, the next day, I was down to 183lbs and today I weighed the same.  Im one that has to weigh everyday and so that's what I do.  For the next 7days, I will strive to meet my protein and water goals and track my weight each day.  I plan on making permenant changes, however, I'm breaking this one down into smaller goals so I won't feel overwhelmed.  Everytime someone has a stall, most of the replies are "up your protein and water." so I'm doing just that to see if that's the formula that will get the last 40 or so lbs off of me.  The only problem I'm having is indulging in a few pieces of candy lately.  My favorites right now are charms blow pops and Ive been having a few each day for the last few days.  I do find that I overly concentrate on fulfilling my protein and water needs.  All I think about are vitamins, protein shakes, and emptying this water bottle several times a day.  It's a bit obsessive at times.  I'm not being hard on myself, it's just that I really want to continue to lose weight and will do what's necessary to accomplish that goal.
