4 Month Update

4 Months post op and feeling great, I am 73 pounds down, blood work looks good and feeling like a new person. I am wearing a 42 waist pant, down from a 48 and from a 3xl shirt to a 2xl. I joined a gym recently and I am very anxious about going but I know that i must. No turning back and no whimping out, I am so greatful to be on this journey.
