7 weeks Post Op

Today I'm 7 weeks out and down 34lbs. Lost 1 lb this past week. I dont really like that very much, but have learned by previous post that a loss is a loss. I worked out 4 days last week though so I'm happy about reaching that goal.  I am starting to get hungary more often. I'm also wanting to eat snacky foods all the time. I'm starting to crave stuff like snack cakes and cookies, but have not ate them at all.  I've tried a couple "healthy" recipes that I've found on the Low Carb Friends website, but I dont really care for them too much.  They're editable though. 

I am still having issues with getting my multivitamin in, everything else is good though.  Im also still having issue with logging...I haven't. LOL.  I'm starting to notice my body changes in the mirror and am pretty excited about them.  Hubby tells me all the time, but it's just something that I dont believe until I can see it for myself. 

I really really really want to loose 100lbs by month 6, so we'll see how that goes.  Right now that's all Im concerned about.  I have been thinking lately about how people who dont exercise still loose weight and at the rate that people who do exercise.  What's the deal with that. 

I received my Nectar Lemonade today, so Im even more excited about getting my protein through that.  Well on to the next week.  Im gonna be under 300 for sure next week.  BTW I weighed in at 301 today.
