It was a little rough going my first few days home.  I was very very sore.  It felt like a semi truck hit my stomach going 150 mph.  One hole seemed to hurt worse than the others and I later discovered that was the hole they removed the stomach from.  Things are much better now and I am able to get around much easier.  I have some labs to do tomorrow in preparation for my first post op with surgeon on 4/4/11.  I learned one thing so far....DO NOT WEIGH yourself for at least a week after your surgery.  My scale kept showing a gain until Day 7 when it FINALLY showed a weight loss of 6 lbs. and that's only one week after surgery.  I can't wait to see the scale in another month.
