5 weeks out

I havent been on in a while.  I was really frustrated a week ago.  I got on the scale and had only lost 6 pounds in a month.  UGH.. I was so upset.  Then I talked with my nutrition and she gave me some things to change up.  I have decided to weigh myself every friday.  So, tomorrow I will go weigh myself and hopefully have lost somehthing.  I just feel so frustrated.  I do feel better as in I am not tired as much and I have lost almost 60 pounds.  I just really wanted to hit that goal by new years to say I have lost 100 pounds in a year.  I am moving more.  Tryin to get in the exercise more.  I think that will really help me burn more calories and stimulate my metabolism.  I will keep everyone posted..
