June 26th 2010- gave up my beloved pop- no more coke
June 30th 2010 - Sleep apnea study
July 21st 2010- email sent to Humber requesting my name be added to a cancellation list
July 22nd 2010- Dina from Dr.Klein's office called to book me to meet with him
July 26th 2010- meet with Dr.Klein and social worker
August 9th 2010- gastric bypass class
August 16th 2010- meet with the dietitian
