5th day on optifast

So this is my 5th day of optifast.....And things have gotten alot better....My hubby and I went to the movies last night and he was hungry...So he asked me if I would feel uncomfortable if he ate something....I said no...He had a poutine and a hot dog and I was okay with that.  Don't get me wrong....part of me wanted to take the fork and dig into that poutine, but then I remembered that it was eating food like that got me where I am today.....If I would of told him that it bothered me he wouldn't have any of the food that he ate.....
