I started jogging, walking fast....I do about 4.5 kms and jog while walking really fast...I am working myself up to jogging 5kms...Since my bff signed me up for a 5kms jog next may....I am at the weight that I was 10 years ago....I never thought I would get there again...Just think soon I will be in the onederland....Yeah hooooo...
