The dog is still here. she is starting to walk/wobble on her back legs.. I have slowed way down on the weight loss but its ok. I feel good and I know it will take a long time to get the rest off. I have decided that where ever it stops it stops. I am not going to go off the deep end with extreme dieting and excersie just to get in a tiny pair of jeans only to go back to living a normal life and gain back 30 lbs... I am just going to go slow and make slight changes in my diet so I dont have that huge drop and bounce back. I have had mega alergies and went to the doctor today. He gave me some antihistamines for the nose and singular and a shot of antibiotics... I should be feeling better in now time.
I am down a total of about 56 lbs which feels great but not a big number. I am happy wth the decision of having this surgery.
