well 11 months ago I was getting ready for a change in my life that I couldnt not have fully imagined. wow my life has changed. I have life again. I had given up, I was doing to die fat and soon at the rate I was going. with diabetes and no hope it was all down hill. all i could do was think about the day I would pass away and leave behind my daughters with no mother and my son with a broken heart. NOW... I dont think of death at all!!! I have life and I have it more abundantly.. Thank you Jesus for giving me this opportunity for more life than I ever thought I could ever have. I am now cutting hair again. on my feet hour after hour each day and without pain... next month I will be in maui on my one year anniversary of my sugery... what a great way to celebrate. what a difference a year makes. If you are reading this and wondering if the surgery is right for you. first. it has to be your decision... it takes a new mindset and new life eating plans... then you have to go with the flow... each month foods go down and up ! some you can never eat again some are ok in time. if you stick to the portions and types of foods this life is very do-able... its up to you. its not a magic it takes dedication to a new life. if you want a new life its within your reach.
