scale is at a stand still

I have been at 192 - 195 up and down for the past three weeks or so. I have changed my diet and excercise level but not budging yet... I am ok right here. happy with my health status. I got my labs back all is well. Normal in every catagory... thats great to hear. i can walk on the beach for as long as I want without feeling like I am going to fall out and I can stand for hours without pain... what a milestone that is. I am 1/3 of the way thru beauty school when just 8 months ago I gave up on my life and was just waiting to die... Thank you Lord for such a blessing in my life. I will post again when the scales have moved...
