Sleep apnea....

Ok so I went for my sleep study right?! Well I sleep like a BABY! They gave me a mild sleep aide so I was knocked out in like 30 minutes. So I've gone natural and I only straigthen my hair every so often right. I'm so GLAD this was one of the times I skipped out on that bit of hard work. I came in with an afro puff and they put all kinds of probes and junk in my hair. It smelled SO bad my stomach got upset. I got gassy and stuff just from the smell. I also had to watch a DVD about sleep apnea and what it means. I knew I had it because the boyfriend says I stop breathing all the time! SO I'm hooked up like crazy I had wires on my chin and behind my ears and on my fingers and up in my hair and temples! EVERYWHERE! I don't remember anything but taking the meds going to sleep and waking up. As soon as she woke me we did a questionare and they scheduled another appointment on the 26th for me to do a study with a breathing aide, seeing that I had stopped breathing at night. But I may not have to do that one since the pulmonary specialist is the ending decider of all things sleep apnea related. I just want it to come to surgery date time. I go see my PCP/ dietician on the 20th. AND then drum roll please I can schedule my last appointment for the 25th! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! At that point I'm gonna pray I'm down the needed 10 lbs and able to send in my request for surgery!
