I am OH SO EXCITED!!!! In 7 days I do my final weigh in!!!!! And then all of my information is off for approval! I can't wait!!!! This is such a BIG step for me! I just can't wait. I'm praying I lost the additional 7 lbs needed to be approved. I'll be a working out FOOL this week! Pray for me ya'll!!!!!My journey: (chronological order)
1/28/10- Sent email to Midwest Bariatric about information. Speak with Tony who gets me on the road to start my 3 month program with BCBS-IL
2/15/10- Met With Dr. Cahill my surgeon
2/17/10- Met with Dr. Robinson for my Psych evaluation
2/20/10- Met with a personal trainer for an evaluation
2/25/10- First meeting with Dr. Birhanu (Health & Wellness doc) 258lbs.
2/27/10- Blood work done to check Iron levels and Vitamin D levels.
3/2/10- Stress Test
3/23/10- 2nd Visit with Dr. Birhanu and 1st visit with Renee Nutritionist
4/2/10- Pulmonary consultation
4/13/10- Sleep Apnea study
4/20/10- 3rd Visit with Dr. Birhanu and 2nd Visit with Renee- 255lbs.
4/24/10- Stomach Scope with Dr. Cahill
4/26/10- 2nd Sleep Apnea Study
5/25/10- 4th Visit with Dr. Birhanu and 3rd Visit with Renee (END OF 3 MONTH PROGRAM)
