 It is so wonderful to be able to be active again. I walked around one of our mountain lakes (Cascade Lake) today. A 3.0 Mile walk. It was so great to be able to be out in the forest hiking enjoying nature without being in massive pain or out of breath (except for the end of the walk; it was 3 miles after all ). Life is good
