I'm a loser again!! YAY!

well.....it has certainly been a while since I posted here, but I complained more than my fair share about the stall. I have started losing again and solved the issue of my stall. I workout on a regualr basis and do weight training. While 60 grams of protein is recommended by the team at AMC, it just wasn't enough for me. I was metabolising more of it with weight training and my body didn't have enough to keep up ketosis. I now get between 80 and 100 grams of protein everyday and have seen 6 pounds lost in 2.5 weeks. I'll take it and like it..A LOT!!!
