Upping my protein was the best thing to do when I stalled for so long. It kicked everything back into gear and I am happy to report I am much closer to my first goal than I was 2 months ago. 267.5 pounds on the official scale at the doc's office. 409 when I started the program in Oct2008. 363 the day of surgery Sept. 15th 2009. April 16, 2010 I'm at 267.5 pounds and loving every minute of it, even when i get something stuck, because it reminds me to be more careful.
