Just in case I ever lose my way over the years, I want to write out this list of meals that taste great and fit in with lifelong maintenance....when I have room, I add raw or cooked veggies to these meals...

1. Fish, seasoned with garlic and dill, spritzed with no stick spray, on top of asparagus sticks, baked in tin foil. YUM!

3. Marc Angelo turkey burgers...ridiculously delicious for 120 calories and 18 grams of protein.

4. Fish tacos...baked fish, tex mex cheddar, squeeze of lime, dab of greek yogurt, a bit of broccoli slaw....either in bowl as is or on top of half a flat out light original wrap.

5. Refried beans from a can (low fat variety), low fat shredded cheddar or mozzarella on top of a flat out light wrap

6. Baby spinach, chopped hard boiled egg, shredded low fat mozzarella cheese, drizzle of oil and vinegar dressing

7. Sweet potato chili....now a classic in my recipe trove

8. Zucchini "pasta" with feta cheese, onion and parmesan cheese
