Before & After photos

Never wanted to have my picture taken before. I would always be the one taking the photo or making sure that I hid behind others.  In my first photo, I was 315 Lbs....I had a lot of health problems and felt ashamed of myself. In the second photo, I am now at 175 Lbs....I have only 10 more pounds to go till Goal.....My health problems have gone away and I am so happy to be in as many photos as possible.  My self confidence has gone through the roof and I am no longer ashamed. I feel like for the first time in my life....I'M LIVING, I'M ALIVE, I'M HAPPY.  :0)
