Well today I am 224.....so happy.....only 10 pounds away from my half way mark. I know some people say this is the honey moon period....but Im enjoying every minute of it. Im eating right, the correct amount, excersizing......its all good.  Sun shiney in my world.  God Bless and thanks for reading.
