Another wonderful day...

Today is thursday, feb 25th.  Im happy to report that I am now at 230 pounds. It has been comming off very well. I feel better each day. I have a before photo Im going to be posting soon along with an updated picture (which Im going to take soon). I love all of the encouragment that this site and its members bring.  Raises my spirits each day.  Thanks for reading and God Bless.
