I am going to go for a walk, I know I should and that I will feel better when I do, so I'll be back. Well, I did it, 35 minutes of walking, think it's a 2 mile walk if my memory serves me correctly. A couple hills, not bad. I am curious what a 5 foot, 200 pound woman looked like walking through the elite neighborhood at 7 am,but not my real concern. Hoping they would be saying good for her trying. I know that is what I would say:).No goals set for today, did order my fitbit, can't wait to use it daily. I guess I'll see how the day pans out. Yesterday's best laid plans bombed, so I am reluctant to do too much planning.
