I'm going to my consultation today!!! This is a huge step for me. I have so many emotions going through me right now. Excitement, but nervous, anxious, but scared...Say a prayer for me today! Thanks! :)

So, I am not at all ashamed that I am going to have WLS, but I know that several friends of my friends who have had it before said that they regreted telling people that they were having it or had it. Because if they happen to not eat just the right thing, people were on their case or if they weren't losing as fast as those people thought they should,etc. What do you guys think? Also, if you choose not to tell people, what do say when people ask you how you are losing so much weight? Just your opinions and experiences!! Thanks! :)

So, I am doing my three month Dr. followed WLP prior to being approved for surgery thing...so, I have been setting small goals for myself. I like to celebrate for every 10 lbs...well, as of this morning...I hit my first 10 lbs mark! I was SOOOOOO excited. Only 5 more lbs to go until I am not "more than the heaviest I've ever been!" YIPPEE!!!! :) I know this is nothing compared to the hundreds of lbs. you guys are losing, but finally...I accomplished something on my own! :)
