Day 5 liquids

Woo Hoo...6 lbs in 5 days on this liquid diet...   see, something good is coming out of starving...LOL

Time is flying by... Thursday will be here before I know it !! Still a bit nervous but not nearly as much as I am excited. I cant wait to begin the second half of my life with a brand new start on the road to being healthy, active, and HAPPY !!!  Yes, I think this surgery is not only the tool to get healthy but to give us a 'general well being' feeling. There is so much I cant do because of this weight and once it is off, I plan to embrace lifes adventures.

On another note...  I applied for a government job in May, got the job offer last month and found out I start at the end of Sept. So much to be thankful for....  I have 4 healthy children, 3 healthy grandbabies ( 1 is still growing in mommy), an amazingly supportive husband and the job I have been trying to get for years.

I will let you all know what they do tomorrow. The pre-op appt is suppose to last 3 hours. I cant imagine why it is going to take 3 hours but I will see.
