 Today at work I was watching the kids and they kept coming up to me and shocking me after they went down the slide. They kept saying, "Come closer Ms. Heidi! We wanna shock ya!" so I said, " okay I'll come closer!" and I climbed on the play structure and with out even thinking I went down the slide and shocked some kids! Lol! So my NSV is that if I would've tried going down the slide a year ago, I would've gotten stuck! But today I did it and it felt great to be able to play with them with out fear of embarrassing myself. I also went on the monkey bars with them. If I would've even tried to hang off of them before, my arm would've popped outta my socket. All in all, a great day!

 I've never blogged, but here goes nothing...
I wanted to write because I'm home sick and to be honest a bit bored, but thought this might help. Yesterday my mom came over and brought some eggs and asked, "You can eat eggs right?" She asked cause she has brought stuff over that I can't eat, like bread at candy. So she was happy that she chose something I could eat and was able to eat breakfast with her. I'm happy to say that I am 5 months out and down 55 lbs since surgery for a grand total of 128 lbs lost all together. I lost 73 lbs before my surgery, just following the pre-op diet and exercising. I now weigh 179, the lowest I've weighed since before my wedding. (I was 180 the day I got married, almost ten years ago). So I am happy with my progress, I feel great, (except today, cause im
Sick). I'm in a size 14 now. I still can't believe that, because the last time I was a 14 I was in high school, a freshman!  Also, last time I was 180, or around that weight, I was in a size 18. Now, at the same weight, I'm a 14, which is weird to me. I look way smaller than I did when I got married, and I tried on my wedding clothes (yes, clothes, cause I didn't wear a traditional wedding dress, just a white blouse and skirt) it is huge on me! I know it's cause our bodies had to adjust to all that extra weight it was lugging around, but that is such a big difference to me. Anyways, I think I've rammbled on long enough. I'll go be delirious someplace else...
