My surgeons goal is 138- I think I can do that too! 

My client stood in front of me and said: "I am looking for Ann-Marie....and I stood in front of her and said: "You are looking right at her!"

I'm feeling great now, and loving life! It's crazy how people don't recognize me! I walk past people I have known for years at the store, hockey, and the workout place, and they have no idea who I am!!!!

I can't beleive how my wrists look. So pretty. And when I move my pinkies you can see the muscles under them, and my legs look so small. Size 10/12 Jeans now! Wowza!

I'm a one'er! So jazzed about it!

I am a cheep date! I had a 2 samples at the grocery store and I am full for lunch! I had Beef Pot roast at Culvers for 1.00 and I ate 1/2 of it- so total was 50cents!
How funny!

I jumped on the scale today and I am 222! I started in March at 262! I am pretty happy about all of it! 

My saving grace has been Sugar Free Fudge Popsical! Walmart 2.50 for 40 of them! I only eat one a day- but it is the best 5 minutes of the day, so yes, I am still in love with that 5 minutes, but other than that I done with food.

DEAR JUNK FOOD,
I would like to let you know that we must part ways.
I am very upset at your actions.
The way you don't contribute to the relationship has got to stop.
How you only give me the crap in you is sick.
You only give and never take.
You don't listen to me.
You are never there for me- with all your Empty Promises and Calories.
You don't satisfy me!
You never let me go after just 5 minutes of you- you want too much of my time! 
You just want to sit on the couch with me!
You don't bring out the best in me! 
You say it's glamours to be with you? What a joke! 
That's it.
It's over. I want a divorce.
You are not my "Butterfinger" and I not your "Cream Puff" !

I would highly encorage you to do the surgery! I did it and followed the doctors orders exactly and Ihave had almost no trouble! No gas, no temp, no dumping, no vomit, no other end, nothing! I also am very detail ordiented and I also read the following books almost cover to cover!
