Robin-- glad I could be of some help! :) Too bad that some insurance companies require the evaluation and not others. I am happy for you that you got an appointment on the 2nd! I read that one patient got a surgery date 2 months from approval! WOO-HOO! I was expecting to have to wait about 4 months.
