"My one night in a regular room, it was very noisy. It was almost before I went home that they got me up to walk which was at least one day late. Otherwise, a decent experience."
"I met with Dr. Kirkland in October 2004. He was softspoken, very direct, but gentle. He assured us all (group meeting) that his success rate is even higher than the average. He took lots of time to answer all our questions. His staff has been outstanding in helping and answering any questions we have. My wife sat in with me during the orientation and was so impressed with Dr. Kirkland that she decided to schedule herself as well. She's also approved and will have her surgery March 28.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention Cindy Naus by name. She coordinates his bariatric surgery dept and is fantastic! Very compassionate while I suffered through my postponements, wonderful humor, patient and thorough explanations. She's a doll and has made this a much easier experience!"
