Almost 1 year out!!!

Blogging a bit early but thought I better do it while I had time.... I am so excited....My one year annv is around the corner!!! June 4th will be one year since my surgery....
And I feel FANTASTIC!! Still got a ways to go but I am down almost 200lbs now and have finally hit the 200's!!!!
Just made the decision to switch from using Columbia University to going back to Dr.Scott....St.Louis will be a lot closer to me and with a upcoming surgery I feel better about using Dr.Scott again....Go to see im June 12th and hope to get an ideal of when I might get to do my hernia repair and tummy tuck.....
Will update again after my visit with Dr.Scott.....

June 10th....Today is my 6th day post-op and I'm doing great so far!!! My one week appt is June 13th and I am SOOOOO Excited!!!!

Today is Thursday.....3 more days to go till Monday......I am so darn excited I don't know what to do with myself lol lol.......Will be spending the next few days getting things ready for the hospital for when I get home...
I guess my next blog will be about the surgery it's self and my hospital stay....
I also weighed yesterday and I have lost aprox 57.5lbs now!!!!! Just a few more and I will have lost 60lbs pre-op....Maybe I will get those few pounds in by Monday before surgery!

I start my pre-op diet May 21st.....And today is May 18th and I smoked my last cig a little bit ago and plan on quitting for my surgery! Sure hope I have given myself enough time and won't have any problems!!!!
Also want to add that I went to see my PCP..Dr. Valerie Smith between these two appts becasue my back was bothering me....I finally weighed on her scales!!!! I was so tickled!!!!! Her scales have not been able to weigh me for about a year now!!!
Whooooo Hoooooo things are looking sooooo good right about now......I am looking so forward to watching the pounds fall off one by one!!!!!

Whooopeeee.....I weighed tonight and I am now 13lbs from my 50lb goal Dr.Scott set for me to be able to have my surgery!!!! If I loose approx 8 of it by the time I go back in two weeks he will let me go ahead with things and have the time I am waiting for my surgery date to loose the last bit of it!!!!! I am so excited!!!!!!
April 26 marks my 2 months on the liquid diet...I wish I could have been stonger in the begining..If so I could have probably lost my whole 50 and then a few by now.....But I am still proud of myself....I have never done this good on my own before!!!!

Well my second appt with Dr. Scott went really well. I am down to just needing to see Dr.Halstenson, getting my paper work filled out by a NUT & exercise person and all that will be done and out of the way....My official weight loss since I last seen him was 23lbs!!! He was really pleased with that! But I have to looe 23 more so that when I go back for my 3rd appt I can get my pre-op appt set and my surgery date set!!!! I am getting even more excited now....If all goes well I might get to have my surgery by the end of May or the first of June......Very soon I will be a looser yippppeeeeee!!!!!!
ONE MONTH ON LIQUID DIET!!!!

Monday, March 26th was my one month mark being on my liquid protein diet.....I have lost aprox...25lbs!!!!!! If it weren't so hard to do the protien drinks alone and not eat at least one small meal a day I might have lost even more...but I just seem to not be able to do it with the drink alone....but.... WOW.....I have never lost 25lbs in one month before on my own....
NO GOOD NEWS TODAY LOL LOL...

Sat, March 10th I weighed again. Almost two weeks from when I last weighed and had lost 12lbs. I had only lost 8 this time. I was kinda dissapointed after loosing 12 the first week, but I'm still proud of myself. It was alot lot less at a time any of the other times I tried to diet.
So at almos 3 weeks I have lost a total of 20lbs!
