I have lost 37 lbs so far...and I finally had to break down and buy 2 new pair of pants and 4 tops it was fun to shop.I can't wait to reach my goal and shopping will be even better.I have had less restriction and the weight loss has slowed...so it was time for my first fill.My Dr knumbed the site but it still hurt and the day after I was bruised.The week before my fill I was eating way too much and not feeling very well after.I had my first piece of pizza in about 4 months and I spent a fair amount of time in the bathroom......and it was well to say the very least AWFUL!!!!!People are really noticing the weight loss in my face,arms,and legs.My mid section needs work yet.I have a hrd time getting all my water in sometimes and have never been a water drinker so I'm working on it,drink ALOT of Crystal Light though.Well will close for now...thanks for being out there!!!Toodles!

I'm 30 pounds down.Had some swallowing difficulty even with liquids about 2 weeks post op but it's better now.I fill up quick and am satisfied,but I'm hungry more quickly now that it's been just over a month.I get my first fill 4-25-07 and am hoping that will help.Have had some trouble with not chewing enough and food getting stuck!!!!OUCH I hate that but it is a reminder that things are definately different.Hope you all are well out there.I love my band......!!!!!:)

One day away 0830 in the morning!!!I' ready...yep..I' ready.Well I cheated on the diet Saturday night.Went to mongolian barbeque...if you know what that is it's GREAT!!!Oh well nobody's perfect and I for darned am not!!!Wish me luck!!Thank you all for your support and well wishing.

Well I'm eight days from surgery and I have loat 23 lbs but it has been difficult the last 2 or 3 days.My lil sis had a baby shower and lotsa FOOD!!!Nothing I could have of coarse so I packed sugar free jello(I love wild cherry),crystal light(apple-cran,also a fav).I'm looking forward to my new life...is it always going to be this hard with food restrictions???Some days are fine others I think about is non stop.I try to keep myself busy but,it is just HARD sometimes.Please let me know how it has been for some of you.Thanks for being there...people out here just wouldn't understand.Keep you all posted!

Well I'm doing the diet thing so far it's not as bad as I thought it would be.Maybe that's cuz I have been on worse diets than this one in the past and at least there is some light at the end of the tunnel!!!!I know I haven't gotten any photos on my site yet need to do that but the pro who helps me with this had her lap band done and is now recovering nicely!!It's good to have all of you out there and someone close tyo me that just had surgery...hey by the way you know who you are and thanks!!!!Pre-op was ok just a long day and it snowed like CRAZY here in Ohio so it took me and hour and 45 minutes to get there safely.But heck no I wasn't missing that a appointment for the world.Check back with ya'all later.Keep on being successful!!!
