I am back to work now

Well it's my first day back to work. I am still having gas issues, not that I am expelling it but that I have it and it won't come out, the gas-x helps a little bit but not nearly enough.I still feel full all of the time, it is difficult to remember to eat, and more difficult to get in the water I know I need to be drinking.
I miss tastes more than eating, and actually find myself "bored" at time's, so I take a walk now instead of eating, pretty good swap.
