Just when I think.....

that I can eat a salad, it just doesnt work for me -
that I am stuck at this weight, I loose 3 more lbs -
that I have really made a bad decision, I look in the mirror and my clothes are baggy-
that I can't do this any more, my significant other tells me how good I am looking-
that I am too pooped to do anything, I get that little rush of energy and keep on going-
that I won't throw up any thing any more - I eat just one bite too much -
that I have this thing figured out, I learn something new about myself and know that I am doing this for the right reasons
