  The story tells about a mountain climber, who wanted to climb the highest mountain. He begun his adventure after many years of preparation, but since he wanted the glory just for himself, he decided to climb the mountain alone. He started to climb but it begun to get very late, and instead of preparing his tent to camp, he kept climbing until it got very dark. The night felt heavy in the heights of the mountain, and the man could not see anything. All was black. Zero visibility, and the moon and the stars were covered by the clouds.   As he was climbing, only a few feet away from the top of the mountain, he slipped and fell into the air, falling at a great speed. The climber could only see black spots as he went down, and the terrible sensation of being sucked by gravity. He kept falling… and in those moments of great fear, it came to his mind all the good and bad episodes of his life. He was thinking now about how close death was getting, when all of a sudden he felt the rope tied to his waist pull him very hard. His body was hanging in the air.. only the rope was holding him, and in that moment of stillness he had no other choice but to scream: HELP ME GOD!!   All of a sudden, a deep voice coming from the sky answered:
"What do you want me to do?" "Save me God!!" "Do you really think I can save you?" "Of course I believe You can" "Then cut the rope ties to your waist…."   There was a moment of silence; and the man decided to hold on to the rope with all his strength.   The rescue team tells, that the next day a climber was found dead and frozen…
His body hanging from a rope.
His hands holding tight to it…  
ONLY 10 FEET AWAY FROM THE GROUND…   And you? How attached are you to your rope? Will you let go?   Don’t ever doubt the things from God. You never should say that He has forgotten or abandoned you. Don’t ever think that He does not take care of you. Remember that He is always holding you with His right hand. (Is. 41:13)

I woke up this morning feeling a little down...thinking about the last 11 months of my life(MY GOD HAS THINGS CHANGED)....It has been filled up lots of ups and downs(at time more downs) but I had to SHAKE THE ENEMY!!!!  and GIVE GOD ALL  THE PRAISE!!!!!I'm so thankful and blessed to be where I am today!!! I haven't got on a scale in over a month or so.... I have taken some pics but WILL NOT TAKE ANOTHER UNTIL MY YEAR TO DATE(SEPT 15th)!!!!!! but the real purpose of this post is that a song came to my heart that I wanted to share with you all that really blessed me this morning!!!!!

Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master . Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer . He had no army , yet kings feared  Him . He won no military battles , yet He conquered the world.
He committed no crime, yet   they crucified Him. He was buried in
a tomb, yet He lives today.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of
his might.
                                   Ephesians 6:10
It is not a sign of weakness to admit that we are inadequate. It is
actually a sign of our dependence on the strength that lives within
us. We become a perfect candidate for the service of God when we realize,
all that we are and do, depends upon Him. It does not matter how hard we
try to be good, saying all the right words and doing all the proper
things, we will always fall short. We can't save ourselves, we can't be good
enough for God, every righteous thing we try to do is vain. The good things
that emanate from our lives is the fruit of His Spirit that dwells within
us.
What some may call weak is truly a strength, when we come to the
realization that it is all about Him and for Him. If we could create
our own righteousness, we would have no need of the precious gift we
have received through Jesus Christ.
Prayer.......
I am weak Lord and I am dependent on your strength. I thank you for
Your precious blood that flows through my soul and has released me from
the chains of sin and death. You have saved me and it is your
righteousness that abides with in me and bears fruit in my life. Thank you Jesus Amen.

 Whoever guards his mouth and tongue keeps his soul from troubles.

We are all human and sometimes things happen that make us angry.
Unfortunately we cannot always control what happens, but we can
control our own emotions and what we allow to come forth out of our mouths.
Emotions are wonderful and they certainly help us to enjoy life to
the fullest, but if left uncontrolled they can cause us, as well as
those close to us, a great deal of turmoil. It can cause us to say things
out of anger that we don't necessarily mean. We have heard it said,
“Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me.Well
fact is,those words do hurt and the pain they inflict can run deep and last
a lifetime. Our bones heal, but words are recorded in our minds and
are continually played over and over. Once we allow ourselves to react
negatively to a situation, or say something out of anger, it cant be
taken back. Sure our anger passes, but what they leave behind, often
does not.
Prayer......
Help me to control my emotions and my mouth. Give me wisdom to
express peace and love, compassion with all. Let the words declare your
righteousness and speak praise to your name. Forgive me for the times
I have hurt others with uncontrolled words and anger. Amen!!!!

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of
life.
Proverbs 4:23
               
The secrets within our hearts are revealed in our actions. Everything
we say and do find their origin in our heart. We may appear strong,
capable, sweet and kind outwardly, yet inside there can be turmoil, strife,
jealousy, and anger brewing. We can try to hide our true feelings but
they always make their way out into our lives. It is vital to guard our
hearts, trusting God with all of our feelings and allowing Him to fill our
hearts with His goodness. Our hearts are naturally corrupt but when God
enters He changes the content with treasures well worth protecting.
Prayer.......
I open my heart before You and ask that You search it, saturate it
with Your love, and remove anything that is not pleasing to You. Fill it
with Your treasure and give me the wisdom and strength to protect it,
Amen!!!!!

 Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within
me.                                          Psalm 51:10
 An encounter with God creates changes. Becoming aware of the greatness of God is certainly a life changing experience. We begin to see things through the eyes and heart, of the One Who dwells
within us. Jesus is our Gift. A Gift we have not only received, but
one we share. He can transform the hardest heart and fill it with love and compassion. Through Jesus Christ, we become changed. Lasting changes are birthed from our relationship with Perfect Love. There is no other power in heaven, or Earth that can create such change to a life.
Prayer.........
 Thank You for the precious Gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Refresh
our hearts and our minds. Continue Your work in us, that we will see
through Your eyes, and love with Your love. In Jesus name, Amen!!!!!!

I will call on the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be
saved from mine enemies.

When our hearts are in anguish and hopelessness attempts to settle in, we lift them to God in sweet surrender. His Holy presence covers us and speaks words to our hearts, which comforts like no other can. We then can say, that He has been our support and with Him we can scale a wall and advance against a troop. According to His strength we are strengthened. He is our shield and our strength and the lifter of our heads. He has displayed unfailing love and kindness towards us. Wherever we may be whether gathered together or alone in our homes, when with our hearts we sing praise to His name, He is there with us, inhabiting our praise.
Everywhere we look, we see His face; there is no place to hide from
Him.Every step we take, He is there, encouraging us, giving us wisdom and instruction in every situation we face. He is there, every moment, every second, and every breath.
 Prayer...........
Holy God we lift our hearts to Your in praise. We sing of Your
holiness and Your faithfulness to us. We sing Holy to the Lamb of God, who was slain for the world. You are our strength; You are our victory, You satisfy our souls. Your truth will march on. We sing glory, glory to
Your name. Great is the Lord our God and greatly to be praised! Renew the strength of our spirits; sustain us with Your mighty hand of
righteousness. In You we place our trust. Blessed be Your Holy name.
Your praises will continually flow from my mouth.AMEN!!!!AMEN!!!!!

Wow it's been 7 months already and I forgot to post an update....Well I'm 224lbs GOD IS GOOD!!!! I've lost a total of 146lbs!!!!! Thank you JESUS. Well until next time... stay encouraged and I'll pray for you and Please pray for me..
