Karen, Congrats on wonderful success. I think you have done great and I am sure you will continue to be blessed. I still go to counseling at least once a month and sometimes more if I am depressed to keep me positive and to work on the emotional problems I had with food which was my best friend. You are in my prayers to forge on and reach your goals. Remember to reach any goal we have to add the magic ingredient ENTHUSIASM like Norman Vincent Peale said. This surgery is like Christmas it brings so much so fast and once the newness begins to wear off and the compliments come less and less it is hard to stay focused. Stay on the positive and reach that goal. I know you will do it. God bless Janice
