Beth....Sorry you feel you have been ignored. I think sometimes people figure that someone else will respond. It sounds like you are just in the process of getting WLS. I initially went to a WLS for my surgeon in August, and only now am close to getting a surgery date. Need to wait a few more days for insurance to give me the go ahead. I can't wait to have surgery....and oy, waiting is the hardest, especially when things get down to the wire. I am hoping to have surgery in early April. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!! Hi Beth, I've been using a CPAP for 4 years now. It took forever to get used to it, but I finally figured it out. It only works if I sleep on my left side (and don't move!) and I keep my hand lightly on the end so that it stays snug without putting pressure on my face. Also - definately use the small spacer on your nose - otherwise you get a mark that takes forever to go away. Good luck, hang in there, it will get easier.
