"The staff was rude and totally non assertive. i HAD TO HITCHHIKE back from xray because transport lefyt me there for an hour. When I came back I was so ill I almost passed out and if my Dr.was not there I would have died. I ended up recieving a transfusion and being put back on bedrest."
"Dr. Morgan is a Marathon Runner and is very supportive of WLS surgery if you meet the requirements, such as failed diets, comorbids, and are serious about being healthy. He was very supportive of my decision and very easy to work with."
"I went w/ a friend of mine to her consult w/ Dr. Sapala and I got to meet him and his staff. Includ. his twin brother,John the nutritionist. Everyone was very friendly and they knew I was there for support for my friend as well as doing research for myself. They spoke to both of us, explaining every step of the proceedure. They were the nicest office staff that I'd ever met. Dr. Sapala was also very forward about the risks of the surgery. I thought he wa very professional and nice. I can't wait to get the ball rolling. Oh, and even though my ins. co. requires pre-approval through my pcp's office, they gave me their card and said that Deb, ins. specialist would help my pcp's office in any way to help with ins. approval. What a nice group! I would reccomend them to anyone. Also, they do the micropouch. What a revolution!"
"Dr. Poletes was absolutely wonderful! His staff is also great! His nurse, Lisa is an angel. She is so sweet. I had a bi-lat. breast reduction and it looks wonderful and feels so much better. I have never met any people that care so much about their patients as Dr. Poletes and his office staff. I always felt free to call w/ any questions and the after care has been super! They keep a very close eye on you and always call to confirm your appointments. This is really good if you are forgetful like I am. I am never sorry that I picked Dr. Poletes for my Plastic surgeon. He is very down to earth and loves his job and is great at it. This is the first time my breasts have looked normal in my whole life! They are a wonderful group of people!"
