"Dr. Cirangle is very candid, up-front and sincere. I felt that he spent time both in his office and on the phone reviewing information and answering many questions that I had. Calls to him have been answered promptly. His "tough love" approach was what I needed to be both accountable and successful for losing weight. LAPSF seems to be an outstanding practice with support help readily available. They have established local support groups, an online follow-up program and office personnel available to handle questions. Additionally, patients are provided with an after hours on-call pager number for emergencies, which they have quickly respond to. As a self pay patient (I'm a Kaiser patient), I throughly researched the surgery, risks, benefits, surgeon and surgical practice and honestly feel that I made the best possible choice. I would highly recommend both Dr. Cirangle and his group to anyone contemplating surgery. "
