Mary...Good luck this week! I've made it through the first 6 weeks post-op, and it's gone so much better than I expected. Follow the instructions they give you at BTC, and walk, walk, walk. It makes a huge difference. Think good thoughts, and don't forget that this is an amazing gift you're giving yourself!

Mary~I wish you the best with your upcoming surgery.17 weeks and over 65 lbs later I can definately say this is the greatest thing I have ever done for myself.Keep us posted on your progress. God Bless~Kim

Mary...Congratulations on jumping through all the hoops and getting a surgery date! Mine is scheduled for 9/5 - only a week away. The time passes sooo fast! There were a few days that I thought it would never come, but other days I'd look at the calendar and realize that I was suddenly a week closer. Take this time to be good to yourself and prepare physically and emotionally. You're doing a wonderful thing for yourself! Best wishes...
