Kathy, Congratulations on the 100 pounds loss. You are really doing terrific! One question I have is: Did you drink a protein drink? And, if so what did you drink? Keep up the good work.

Hi Everyone, it's been six months since my surgery and I have lost 100LBS. Yeah!!!!!!!!!! Things are going well,my weight seems to be slowing down, probably due to the fact that I'm exercising more and building muscle. I feel great! Let me know if I can answer any questions Peace
