"Dr. Eibes was very nice, not hurried at all during my appointment (and he was even paged twice!)and answered every question I had about surgery, after care, etc. The office staff was also very informative and friendly. He dictated the insurance letter while I was still there, showing me what would be used for information, etc. He discussed aftercare for at home, however, there is not a support group yet, but he did say if there were any questions that the office would gladly answer them. He was very informative of the risks involved during the surgery and for after surgery care. I left his office feeling very good and well informed."
