Carl - what a fabulous weight loss! I certainly know hust how you feel. This surgery defintely gives you yuor life back. I have lost almost 100 pounds in less than 5 months and feel great! Way to go, Carl! Hugs, love, and peace - Mel

Hi Carl, I was blown away by your post and the amount of weight you have lost....Unbelievable! I need to know, what type of surgery did you have, and what type of diet did you follow for the first 6 months out? I just dont see anyone else loosing such an incredable amount of weight in that short of time. Some say men loose faster than women, but I would like to know your history. Your diet you followed and so on, so I could maybe use it too? My surgery isnt until Dec 17th. Im trying to Learn as much as I can. I have 240 pounds to loose! I am about 410 now. {hugs}HELP!
