"He was very personable, friendly and warm. He told me about the surgery. Asked if I had any questions. Answered the ones I had. But I just got the impression he was rushing. The entire encounter was a brief 10 minutes. It takes 2 hours for me to drive there. And I was there on time, but had to wait for his office staff to arrive for my 8:00 am appointment, which they did at 8:10.
As long as he is competent at what he does, and I hear he is very good, that is what is important.
