Dear Carla, Best wishes on your surgery. We will all be praying for you and wishing you God's speed. It is a miracle surgery and I am so thankful for it. My surgery was on 4-17-01 and I have lost 75 lbs.. I have never done this before and I feel so happy I want to tell the world about it. Hi there Carla, wow!!! this is exciting. We have a great lot in common. My surgery is the 20th, I'm 34 and I am the same size as you. I understand all to well about wanting to see your child graduate and do fun stuff with him. I have 3 kids myself. Carla I am at ease with my surgery also. We serve an awsome God and if we will just believe in him he is always there. My prayers are with you ...that God restores you to full health an record time and the new thinner you can begin to enjoy life. We are on our way girl.....God Bless you and your family.

Hi everyone.. I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting all the kind words and the prayers.. I am proud to say that Denise Copeland has volunteered to be my angel... She truly is one to take on this task.... she will be one month post op by the time I have my surgery... Lets all wish her a speedy recovery and say a prayer for her... Thanks so much every one...
