8-10-03 I'm home! Still very sore but up and moving around. Told my hubbie and mom that all sweets must be removed from my sight or they go in the trash. Couldn't believe I wanted my normal pop tart for breakfast, old habits die hard. Found the Atkin's Protein Shake hard to stomach. Grocery shopping today. Thanks for all your support I can't wait to be a LOSER! Hugs!
